oh no....I really don't like doing poetry paper......I will just try to sleep naturely....thank you :p

Mmm, Tylenol PM...

In light of your Regents invite, it sounds like you may be good candidate for one of those rare exceptions.

We will see... and of course I will update everyone to prove or disprove the whole Regent's theory.

CAtoNY-

What are the rare exceptions you're talkinig about?

There really is no 'theory' in regards to Regents invites and acceptance. It has been proven, time and time again, that if you have received the Regents invite, you are, in fact, in.

I am talking about the rare exception of being admitted to an Economics major without finishing the prereqs indicated on assist. See above.

Have you received the Regents invite?

Well, EK, I share your hope in the theory.

A story. A couple weeks back I checked on another matter with admissions. The rep on the phone had to ask a counselor. She said that he said I might not be admitted due to not completing the math pre-req but that there have been rare exceptions. I told here I got a Regent's invite and she said that that is no guarantee... I laughed .. HA HA.... and hung up. Sooo, we shall see.

So u are not taking cal2 this semester?

Nope, I am not. I went, DUH, after rereading the prereqs in Feb. I did state on the app update I plan on taking Calc 2 in the summer but that should not be considered. Again, always exceptions. Still, a bit nervous. However, I want to get into Cal more than anything so if I get rejected by UCLA and accepted to Cal all is well.

i can see mine.

but so far it seems that this means nothing really? i'm still going to be optimistic and hope that it's a good sign =]

Another theory ... I was able to apply for UCLA summer session financial aid using my student ID. Anyone else able to do this? It may mean nothing.

Here is the link:

Regardless, good idea to do this anyway as April 30th is the deadline for summer aid.

I'm able to fill it out, but I'm not sure if I should yet. Did you?

I did... I plan on attending summer session wherever I transfer to so I will need the aid.

@catony

i'm able to gain access to the main page, but I didn't fill it out :O

can you see your 9 digit student ID #? is this significant to acceptance?

what? everybody has a 9 digit student id when they log onto their UCLA Decisions page.

You can use your 9 digit Id # to create your URSA account.
