<p>i live 30min from ucla and got mine today. its a lot more exciting than any other folders ive received. HELL this is the only FOLDER ive received, the rest are just pages stuck in an envelope, lol. </p>

<p>the transfer admission provisional contract is kind of unnerving... haha.</p>
<p>yeah it's like CONGRATS YOU MADE IT WELCOME but not yet because you still aren't good enough until you send in your transcripts.</p>

<p>Is the provisional contract the same one that's on the decision website?</p>
<p>yes. a few people here have had different provisional contracts but basically the one online is the same one in the packet...but on like, official letterhead and it looks really intimidating. the one online is to be expected and i was kind of like "eh, i'll be fine" but then i looked at the one in the folder and i was like "ohhhhhhhhhhh s---, they serious."</p>

the ucla folder is pretty. it has a sparkling golden seal!</p>
<p>Ack! Why does tomorrow have to be sunday! I got my TAP scholarship application the day after the people close to UCLA got theirs, now I have to wait till monday for the folder</p>

<p>UCSC had a nice packet. UCD had a crappy one, which they sent 2 weeks after I found out my admission results online. Not to mention they never even sent me an email saying they received my application in the first place. Oh and they also gave me the crappiest financial aid package any person has ever seen. Thank goodness I got into UCLA. I want my packet!!</p>
<p>I live about 25 minutes from UCLA and have yet to receive mine... if I don't receive it soon, i'll start to get worried about some sort of database mistake telling me I was admitted haha.</p>
