also, i was wondering if all of the on-campus meal plans allow me to eat at any on-campus dining hall/cafe/restaurant or sth or if i am designated only one place to eat..?</p>

<p>All meals plans let you eat wherever you want. There’s no such thing as designated eating areas.</p>

<p>Hmmm well I want to make sure you know that the “on-campus” meal plans really only work in the dining halls/quick service cafes around the dorms. You can’t use them to “swipe” food at campus restaurants (Panda Express, Rubios, Subway…), but you may be able to use them to purchase meal tickets at a dorm’s front desk to use at other campus restaurants. I’ve read about doing this on a UCLA website, but have never seen or heard it done before. </p>
<p>In terms of dining halls and cafes that do accept meal plans, you can eat wherever you want.</p>
