I am majoring at ChemE and I got offers from UCB and UCLA, the issue is most of my class at CC were following the courses at UCLA, so if I choose to UCLA, I might graduate like 1 to one and half year, and if i go to UCB, which may need 2-3 years to complete the bachelor degree, but ChemE at UCB is much better than UCLA(from the ranking, UCB is #2, UCLA is between 20-30), so where should i go?
It’s probably really unrealistic to assume you’re going to be able to graduate in 1 year from UCLA. Community colleges just don’t offer upper division classes, and it’s really hard to fit ~75 units of upper division coursework in chemical engineering in one year. Let alone two. I’ll say that. Just looking at assist I’m having a hard time finding what classes you’ve taken that would put you at such an advantage at UCLA compared to UC Berkeley.
