<p>I got $5k+ scholarship for 1 year in my UCLA FA award so I hope I get an award like this as well :D</p>

<p>Pretty much everyone who has submitted their FAFSA before the March 2 deadline gets the award. The amount varies according to your GPA and financial need, though. The lowest amount you can get is $100, I think. I got quite a bit so I’m pleased :D</p>

<p>@argo - I think that 5k might be the award you’re talking about? UCLA FinAid has already included the Recognition Award money into your summary.</p>
