BruinCard on its way!

Am I the only one that's excited about getting their BruinCard?

they didn’t accept my freaking photo that I took at Walgreens! What the heck!?

yes! I hope it gets here before orientation.

arcadefire–lol, why not?

Hahah, I’m pretty excited. I hope it gets here before orientation too… Which is next Wednesday! That just hit me.

I took my picture on campus, so I have my BruinCard already, and it is dope!

oh damn i didnt send mine in yet. whats gonna happen if we dont have it by orientation?

^ No worries, I hear you have your photo taken at orientation.

My photo from Walgreens was rejected too… you think the paper was too thin? why was it rejected @arcade?

I got mine already. My name/picture came out blurry though. :(

when are we getting them? Orientation is in 6 days.

Hooray! I can’t wait… even though my orientation is so far away shakes fist at 206

thinkgolden where did you get your passport photo? Mine was denied so I am looking for a good quality photo…

shawnee - Where did you get yours did? I took my own picture, resized it, printed it at CVS for about 10 cents? And then I cut it out. They accepted it so I’m guessing it worked fine. I think some places cut their passport photos 1.5in (or 2in) x 1.5in.

theregoesevan - How’s UCLA!

You can email bruincard@finance.ucla.edu and ask why it was rejected. I did what edelynly did, and the first time it was rejected. I emailed them and they told me it was too dark. So I just upped the brightness, printed it on a 4x6 again, cut it out, and sent it in and they took it the second time.

How do you find out if it has been rejected or not?

<a href=“UCLA Single Sign-On”>https://be.my.ucla.edu/BruinCard/BruinCard.aspx

Shawneee I took it at Kinko’s (FedEx Office).

For anyone who needs to retake theirs, I took mine at CostCo, it was like 5 bucks for 2 pictures- UCLA accepted my photo.

Thanks guys!

Err. I was hoping I’d find it in the mail today. Maybe tomorrow.
