UCLA Regents v UC Berkeley Math Major

I’m making a really tough decision now as a Financial Actuarial Mathematics major. While I know Berkeley’s mathematics program is really rigorous and prestigious, the Regents scholarship at LA gives me access to the best teachers and popular GEs. I also attended the UCLA OSP program and loved the campus, the weather, and the food. I know UCB, while a good school, will not offer the same college experience while substituting this for a good education. Which one should I choose?

Another thing that attracted me to Berkeley was the cluster - unlike UCLA, I don’t have to start taking classes in my applied concentration yet. My end goal is PhD in mathematics, actuarial sciences, or law.
