UCLA research opportunities

Im incoming transfer student. i dont have any research experience, but i have tutoring and teacher assistance experience. i wonder what is the best way for me to get started and involve in the researches that dont require any prior experience.

Best bet is SRP, but once you’re at UCLA you can start asking professors/grad students if they can let you work in their lab.

Get in contact with the URC-CARE office!
Search it on the UCLA website or stop by their office in the life science building. They’ll help you out big time by hooking you up with a mentor or helping you with techniques of finding a faculty mentor.
I just finished a research program funded by them this summer. They’re great!!
