General Consensus by all fraternities and campus students
Top: Kappa, aphi, theta (sometimes DG)
Upper mid: Piphi/ gamma phi
mid: chio, kd
Lower: ADpi, axo(sometimes the lowest too)
Lowest: Tridelt

have to mostly agree with @sororityranker1 …
there are 3 obvious, undisputed top houses: KKG, Theta, and Aphi (all known for having the “hottest” chicks).
the ranking of middle houses is more unclear. DG is definitely upper mid-tier (almost a top house but not quite). ChiOs, Piphis, and Gphis are solid middle tier houses. KD is bottom-mid, ADpi is upper-bottom, and AXO and AGD are bottom. Tridelt is the lowest right now.
After going through rush and speaking to many people I could definitely say that Kappa Theta DG and Aphi were by far the top houses in that exact order.
