What’s considersed to be the top house at UT for both fraturnitys and sorority’s?
Not sure what you mean by ‘top house’ but Fiji (Phi Gamma Delta) is where the wealthiest guys go. They own two houses and throw (arguably) the biggest parties. Not sure about sororities
FIJI, SAE, and SigEp
Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Kappa Alphta Theta,
guys-FIJI, SAE, Sig Ep, Kappa Sig are top tier with ZBT, Sigma Chi and Delts great mid tier…then the rest from there.
girls-PiPhi, Kappa, Theta, Chi O, Tri Delta, Zeta are top tier with AXO, Alpha Phi and DG being great mid tiers…then the rest from there.
