<p>Yeah i'm not sure either Hongda...the fact that it says that the decisions "haven't been finalized yet" imply that they're still deciding. However, it could be that they just haven't added everyone whose decisions ARE finalized.</p>

<p>FYI: I talked with a very friendly admissions ..officer (?)... in person today and he seemed pretty well versed with the admissions process. He said:</p>

<p>1) New decisions will be posted tomorrow--to check at 5pm (though every <em>now and then</em> they may update the systems once mid-day, so if you are obsessive, check around 1 too, but for the most part, just check after 5 for everything)</p>

<p>2) Rolling admissions can go on for another 1.5ish weeks!!! </p>

<p>I asked him about the theories out there (ursa, etc) and he just got a big smile on his face and kinda laughed, so I changed the subject.</p>

<p>I think that was about all we talked about concerning admissions.</p>

<p>IMO, since people are getting rejected I think it is okay to say that if you are still under review you have not necessarily been rejected.</p>
