UCLA summer program

Hello everyone, it is my first time in this website. I am recent grad with a degree in Business Adm.Despite my business background i am very interested in the entertainment industry, more specifically film and tv. I did an internship last year at a tv station and fell in love with the industry. I am currently looking at summer programs at both USC and UCLA, but i am lost. My goal is to eventually become a producer, but i am not sure what is the best way to start. I came across the"Professional Program in Producing" offered at UCLA UCLA Professional Programs and it does look pretty good. Seems to be a broaden overlook at what it takes to be a producer, which is definitely something i am interested in. But it does not have any hands on, which some claim to be essential. USC offers more hands on programs, like filmmaking classes (Summer Program Classes - USC School of Cinematic Arts)
As i said i have little experience in this field, and would like some insight in which option would be better for my goal. Would it be better to go to USC and do a more hands on program, or UCLA and the its broaden producer's program? Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
