sry to steal your idea hater of haters, but i just hafta do it w/ swimming

so anyone swim/swam competitively? we can swim together.

i plan to join bruin masters swimming and the coach told me to try to find other swimmers too!! practice is everyday but u can go as much or as little as you want. you don't need to have a whole lot of swimming experience. one can race in meets too but it is not mandatory!

there's a discount fee for students.

i looooove to swim and i can't live w/o it...i really miss my hs team...and i hope to have a team full of peers. :D

there are a few workouts per day too...more options are better. most are only an hour. big change for hs swimming and USA swimming club at home that's more than an hour..

the thing with swimming is its always competition, unlike tennis where you can rally and stuff, I guess it is more individual and don't need anyone to play with to swim... but I do have a question about swimming... is there a place you can just swim laps to excersize or is the pool for like competitive swim team only?

I think there is a place to swim for fun, Sunset Rec Center, I think. Don't take my word for it since I've never gone there since I cant swim, lol :(.

yeah there are lap swim times. u can just come in and swim for fun at sunset rec center. they have a schedule. u just hafta go there and ask the front desk. or maybe it's online too? haven't checked online.
