UCLA Transfer decisions out April 19th!

@rjjroim
Supposedly its a good sign!!

Just checked at 1:40pm today… Myucla shows major with unknown session beside it. Also no fin aid changes as before

I am not sure, but I am sorry to say this. I think, as everybody can see their major in the website, it merely means what major they apply.

Ugh I am so freaked out right now. I’m a sociology major with a 3.59 GPA.

@ Semifinal A few of the people who did the Summer trick still have their banner say “summer sessions.” However, my banner shows my major, but like you, I have my doubts.

Mine still says summer session.

It may be because I have my official email as my USC one :x

If only one person sees their major and gets rejected it delegitimizes the whole thing… I don’t think it’s an indicator though

I still believe everyone who can see the major on MyUCLA is admitted.

NEW location for UCB Psyc info – Sorry to spam you guys.

<a href=“UC Berkeley 2013-14 CC Transfer - PSYCHOLOGY - UC Transfers - College Confidential Forums”>UC Berkeley 2013-14 CC Transfer - PSYCHOLOGY - UC Transfers - College Confidential Forums;

my major is physiology and i think @semifinal maybe right…i think everyone can see their major regardless of their admission status

^

Something to keep in mind, but it is helping to pass the time!

this time for real is the 26 around evening time. lol. the decision portal finally has a date on it. 3 more days!!! let’s do a count down. lol.

Some people have stated they cannot see the major. Everyone cannot see it.

@HeatZz I have found several cases in the previous year UCLA thread that got rejected even though they saw their major in ucla website.

it can be a positive sign but it should not be an axiom to decide the future.

If you look at last years trick thread, there were some people who could not see their major and, ultimately, were not admitted. However, I am sure there were cases were someone couldn’t see their major and were still admitted. I think it is a simply a positive indicator–if you have it great! If not, no need to worry!!

@Semifinal Mind posting the links to where you saw that? Because I’ve looked extensively through old threads and have found no such cases.

Well, that thread is too long, and I just remember the first person who post the thread got rejected although he or she said that he or she saw those signs. If you don’t mind, please check it again.

I’d like to see the links too, Semi!! I poked around this morning on that thread for a little bit and didn’t see what you saw.

Sigh these “signs” are just a way to past time. Only way we can really no forsure will be in 3 days at 5pm :frowning: in the mean time, is housing at UCLA expensive?
