UCLA, USC Study Abroad after transfer?

<p>If you transfer from a CC can you still study abroad or do the D.C semester?</p>

<p>I know that certain schools have a residency requirement towards credit earned for the degree. </p>

<p>Any help would be much appreciated.</p>
