UCLA vs. UCSD; so conflicted

I’m a transfer student and I got accepted into UCLA as a pre cog sci major and UCSD as a cog sci major with a 3.45 GPA. I never thought I would get into UCLA since it seemed impossible for me. When I saw that I got admitted into UCLA I was was pretty happy. Like way happier than when I saw my UCSD admission status. I’m planning on taking nursing prereqs after I graduate from a UC and then apply to a nursing program also. UCLA used to be my dream school. I’m not really sure why tho. I visited my friends at SD and the college there is pretty nice and the weather is really nice too. I’m planning on going to bruin day. Maybe I’ll know my decision once I visit UCLA but what if I like both? I don’t think I’m that smart and I’m not really that good at making new friends either.

I guess my main question is based on my transfer GPA, which school would I survive in? And which school fits me socially?? I don’t know if that’s the right word to use but it’s somewhere along those lines.

It’s hard to say what would fit you better socially, because you didn’t say anything about yourself. Both schools will be challenging, UCLA is more fun, school spirit, it’s a well rounded school. UCSD is for studying.

Go to UCLA. Here you can come out of your shell and make friends haha Seriously though, it will be more fun than UCSD. Both will be equally challenging.
