Hiii! I'm a high school senior trying to decide between UCLA's (pre) mathematics/economics and USC's accounting major. hehe rivals!

LA's integration of math and econ genuinely interests me, with their accounting minor which seems to be getting students jobs at the Big Four successfully (just as much as Marshall students). LA's cheaper price tag for just as excellent an education and college experience at a beauutiful school with amazing food - is pretty enticing too.

Meanwhile, USC has been my dream school for... many years. The Leventhal School is absolutely amazing, and I admire the unique opportunities and greater personal attention that a private school is well known for providing.

I want to commit ASAP to get better chances at housing, but I need to do much more research. I'm still looking into the difference between the programs with respect to planning my future on a long-term basis. I love math and econ, and I want to be more than an accountant making calculations in an office... but I know i shouldn't feel limited by the short name of my major, accounting. USC offers soo many other programs i want to explore - their NonProfits, Philanthropy, and Volunteerism minor, as well as their Music Industry minor, to name a few (of their 150). The price still kind of (jk really) bothers me, though I'm constantly applying to outside scholarships, and I plan to continue applying for scholarships throughout the next four years.

I really don't know... hm...

Any current, former or prospective students willing to lend me some advice? :(
Thank you so much for your time~
