What is some advice to get in to UCLA or USC?
Currently I am a junior and it is my dream to go to UCLA or USC.

A little background on me:
I have incredible extracurriculars and have held just about every position in student government. I am class president this year and hopefully ill get re-elected as a senior. I have played 3 different sports in high school (golf, swim, and water polo).
My GPA is a 3.95 weighted and I have a 1960 SAT score.
My current class are Ap physics, Ap calc, ASB (student gov), Ap English language, AP US history, Pre-Calculus Honors, physics (my school is on a 4x4 schedule so I take 4 classes in the fall and 4 in the spring)

Also, I live in California which makes it slightly easier to get in to both schools

Anything I'm missing that could help my chances? Any general tips to get in to either USC or UCLA.

Do you know what your unweighted GPA is?

Around a 3.8

UCLA should be a high match to low reach despite your ECs. Your unweighed/weighed GPA and SAT scores are all below average.

I would agree but since I’m only hallway through junior year I like my chances at raising my GPA and SAT score. Any reccommendation where I should be to be more of a match?
