What is some advice to get in to USC?
Currently I am a junior and it is my dream to go to USC.

A little background on me:
I have incredible extracurriculars and have held just about every position in student government. I am class president this year and hopefully ill get re-elected as a senior. I have played 3 different sports in high school (golf, swim, and water polo).
My GPA is a 3.95 weighted and I have a 1960 SAT score.
My current class are Ap physics, Ap calc, ASB (student gov), Ap English language, AP US history, Pre-Calculus Honors, physics

Anything I'm missing that could help my chances? Any general tips to get in?

You say you are taking AP Calculus, then you say you are taking Pre-Cal?

What is your unweighted GPA? That is what most schools will be asking for. You need to try and get your SAT score up. Your extracurricular activities are very good.

Tip: Take the time to write a really good essay. Sometimes the essay can make or break you.

My school is on a 4 by 4 system. We take 4 classes in the fall then 4 in the spring. My schedule is
Fall: Physics, ASB, Pre-Calc, AP US History
Spring: AP Calc, ASB, AP Physics, AP English Language

Oh ok. I just looked at the USC website and it said for 2012-2013 school year the average GPA for admitted freshmen was 3.8. The middle 50% of freshman admitted had an SAT score of 2030-2250. You are going to have to get your SAT up, but your GPA is looking good.

I would say try to get a 2200 just to make yourself more competitive. A 2100 is a solid score but with college admissions the way they are (unpredictable), the higher the better. Perhaps try and take the ACT. Some people find that one easier.
