could someone from California please rank the California state universities by your perceptions of their value?

I know U.C.-Berkeley is top.

Where do the others fall?

Where do the others fall?

Well... California State Universities are the CSUs.

Berkeley is a UC- University of California.

For UCs I guess

Berkeley
UCLA
UCSD
UCI
UCD
UCSB
UCSC
UCR
UCM

Is it my imagination, or is it not quite so hard, compared to Berkeley, if you have a 4.0 GPA to get into UCLA?
Like you only need a 28 on the ACT, or possibly even lower.??

I would say UCLA is easier to get into than Berkeley, but UCLA is still a really tough school. It would kinda difficult to get in with a 4.0 gpa and a 28 ACT... the average hs gpa for last year was like 4.17 or something and i think a 28 would be on the low side.

ACT? Does that mean you are OOS?
