UCLA's Masters of Urban Planning

I know that UCLA's program comes in as one of the top Urban Planning programs and was hoping to gain some insight into the admissions process.

I graduated from LMU and majored in Business with a double emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship. I graduated with a 3.0 overall GPA and a 3.4 GPA in my upper division classes (freshman year screwed up my GPA). I have 1+ years experience in commercial brokerage right after college as well as experience in financial analysis (commercial real estate) and real estate appraisal through internships while in college.

I am curious as to how hard it is to get into UCLA's program in terms of: planning experience, GRE scores and the percent of applicants admitted.

Any help and insight is appreciated.

Any insight at all?
