<p>I got into UCI Engineering program and also UCR with a scholarship of $5000 per yr. I also got into UCD and UCSB but no money there either. Only UCR has offerred me money. Should I take up UCR (because of the money ) or join one of the other 3 UCs. Which is a better choice?</p>

If you don't plan to go grad school, I would say UCR is a good choice.
If you plan to go to grad school, UCSB is a better deal.</p>
