I’ve said I’m a transfer every time I’ve called admission and still none of the answers I’ve been given were accurate, so I don’t think that’s the problem. Seems they just don’t know.
I’m also confused by the fact they made it seem that the problem was the “glitch” when the truth was they hadn’t even looked at transfer applications yet… they’ve been completely unprofessional and not at all helpful
TAG applicants were suppose to have priority reviewing and decisions were suppose to be released early March. I called Admissions on March 17th asking for an update because it’s already mid-March and they said there was a delay and I should expect a response the following week. The following week and still nothing, so I emailed Admissions and they responded back with the obvious response, “The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is currently reviewing your application. Please continue to check your MyUCR account for updates regarding your admissions status.” I asked for an update and they tell me what I already know.
I’m done with UCR at this point.
I called them and they didn’t pick up the phone for 5 minutes, and then the phone hung up on its own. Unbelievable
Probably an unpopular opinion, but I wish some of the UC’s would have just done what Davis is doing (waiting until late April to make all transfer decisions) because I’m not even stressed about that one…like I’m not constantly checking or anything because they already stated it won;t be until later this month. But maybe I’m just butt hurt that none of the uc’s have gotten back to me lol

My login page changed and said to contact the admissions office. I spoke to an admin counselor she said that my application was still under review.
They might release this week, but will start next week… -_-

This waiting game is starting to get frustrating lol I’m having a difficult time remaining patient lol
They should have just set a solid date mid april because having a little bit of hope everyday is exhausting.
I think the system is undergoing another hiccup.
My login page changed to something like “we have many apps from around the world” and now it’s changed back to “app is being considered”. But I’m missing all my tabs.
Anyone else having similar issues?

@pikapikachuuuu I have the same thing… still being considered but only my home and profile tabs are left. Maybe they’re getting ready to release some decisions hopefully. Fingers crossed!
I am Still being considered and have all my tabs. When I used to follow the freshman admissions some kids were saying their tabs went missing and then it seems they got a decision. Hopefully that means decisions will come soon
I just called UCR Admissions a few moments ago, the individual on the phone said that decisions (for transfers) should be up by next Monday. fingers crossed
Also, if our decisions are not posted by next Monday, the individual said for us to place a call with UCR Admissions.
I looked at previous transfers who lost their tabs, and some were rejected and some were accepted. Seriously, this is super annoying.
