UCR vs. UCI - help me decide?

Hey so I got applied to both UCR and UCI for business…

I accepted into UCR with Honors (I’m probably not gonna apply though) and the Chancellors Scholarship.

I got accepted to UCI as well but as undeclared instead of Business Admin, which I applied for.

Right now, I’m leaning more towards UCR just because it seems like the cheaper + easier option, but what are your guys’ thoughts?

Is UCR/Riverside as socially dead as everyone makes it out to be? Is it worth just committing to UCI for the social side/prestige and trying to declare as a business major later on?

That business major at UCI is very difficult to get into, and it may not be easy to declare it as a major after you get to UCI. I recommend that you look into that. Also, is UCI social life that much better? (honest question) I’m not recommending one or the other, just posing questions that I think are important as you compare the two.
