After reviewing the comprehensive review formula for many of the top UC’s, it came to my attention that varsity sports don’t actually count as one of the EC’s that they give points for. ( maybe I misread it…but I’m pretty darn sure) But how could this be…I spend almost everyday, atleast 3 hours a day, practicing for basketball and I’m not even rewarded one little bit!!! Does this not seem unfair to anyone else. I think i’m going to cry… I’m the best player on my team but we don’t have a captain so I can’t get recognized for that either… and I’m just not good enough for a scholarship. All of those countless nights I spent playing basketball when the other kids were studying for finals… I don’t get any recognition for that??? SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD TELL BERKLEY!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you had fun playing basketball. If you were doing it solely for college points - bahaha.

I know two-thirds of the people reading this have been doing things for college points since they entered high school, so you don't need to get defensive and call me an idiot. Just consider it as if you already had.

Ha, sorry to hear that. UC has ****ed people off in the past though; new SAT anyone? You should have expected it :-P.
