UCSB ChemE Honors V UCLA

I would like to go to grad school afterwards - and I am wondering which school would put me in better shape for that specific purpose. I think I stand a reasonable chance of getting a decent GPA in UCLA, but then it seems to lack the research opportunities that UCSB offers, along with the integrated MS program in Materials Science, an area which UCSB excels at.
BTW, I am international (if that helps), although I would prefer to work in an engineering-related field in the US in the future.

Please help me decide!
Thanks in advance.

If you are sure about ChemE then UCSB otherwise UCLA. It’s not as competitive to get into UCLA as a Chem E major because none of the other UCs are even in top 20. UCSB is in top 20 for this major.
