They gave me $800 scholarship and then covered my health insuranceā€¦ kinda was expecting more tbh

you forgot to do the essays?

what county you in?

No, I did them. Just forgot what I wrote about lol.

I am lightly surprised by the decision, but I honestly really only want to get into USC, UCLA, or UCI. I got into the last one, waiting on the first two (especially USC pls).

I would make sure they did it properly

Waitlisted
GPA: 3.76
Major: pol sci
Major prep: one class missed
IGETC: done
ECS: honors program, couple clubs and volunteersā€¦nothing particular

It happens frequently at UCI but not sure about SB. Contact the admissions office and theyā€™ll probably have an inquiry form for you to fill out

It disappeared when I accepted the offer but I just looked into it further and basically, it was their way of saying that if you want to attend and you get a spot off the waitlist you just cancel your SIR to another school. Weird wording and I just vastly misinterpreted lol.

Whoa, so sorry Overwatch! Were you missing any ā€œstrongly recommendedā€ coursework?

Maybe.

Didnā€™t really check lol. The UCs have different things they want for different majors, and I kinda just kept track of USC and UCLA.

Ah. Discrete math is required, which is sort of odd. Vector calculus, computer organization, and object-oriented design are recommended.
