Let’s hypothetically say that my ultimate college goal is to transfer to and graduate as a CS major.
Currently, I have been accepted to UCSC for Computer Engineering, and to UCSD, UCSB, UCI, UCD, and SJSU for ChemE. I live in San Francisco, so the City College of San Francisco is also a choice.
I’d also like to add that I don’t think Computer Engineering is ideal, I’ve seen many anecdotes on how much better CS is.
With this ultimate goal in mind, and acknowledging the facts that every college has different transfer requirements/processes and some colleges have better CS departments than others, which college should I go to?
Just thought I’d ask here before I go off and check transfer requirements and details for every individual college.
