Hey guys, I was wondering how the electrical engineering school at UC Santa Cruz is and if there are a lot of job opportunities after graduation. Also is there a residential college at UCSC that engineering students tend to choose. I'm currently deciding between UCSC, SDSU, and CU Boulder for electrical engineering. The social scene and setting at each school seem nice, and now I'm trying to find out more about their electrical engineering programs. Thanks!

I live in Crown and im a computer engineer and there are A LOT of engineers here. Engineering at UCSC is very strong. I don’t know about EE, but CE is extremely strong in my opinion. We are 30 minutes from silicon valley so there are a ridiculous amount of job opportunities.
