UCSC rescindind admissions

So I got admitted to UCSC and I accepted their admission registered for on campus housing

and now I found out I might finish my senior semester with a D grade in Physics, should I be

worried because I'm really freaking out and stressing.

Pls take a look at [Please answer. ucsc admission revoked? - Yahoo! Answers](<a href=“Yahoo | Mail, Weather, Search, Politics, News, Finance, Sports & Videos”>Yahoo | Mail, Weather, Search, Politics, News, Finance, Sports & Videos)

So is that for sure a withdrawal cuz I talked to my counselor and said that I shouldn’t be to

worried about it but only I am cuz if I don’t go to college I don’t have anything else planned

and my life is over.

If you login your UCSC account, there should be a letter about Conditions of Admission (similar to https://admissions.sa.ucsc.edu/pdf/09FroshConditions.pdf</a>).

Follow the steps in the below quote and try the best before the semester finishes.

that’s just it, my ucsc portal doesn’t have any form of conditions of admission anywhere so is it possible my admission is not conditional cuz I don’t ever remember my acceptance letters telling me it was conditional.

What are the conditions of admission?

And If my student does receive a grade below a C or their overall academic performance drops, what happens?

Good references for how-to at [When Do Colleges Rescind Acceptances? - Ask The Dean](http://www.collegeconfidential.com/dean/archives/775.htm)
and http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/ask-dean-topics/903319-when-do-colleges-rescind-acceptances.html</a></p>

I think I remember reading that only chance of getting rescind from UC’s your GPA has to drop below 3.0
Though it really varys by schools admission policies etc… Does UC’s have a admission score like The University of Iowa? If your admission score drops below the automatic acceptance then you may likely be rescind/ good chance.

OP should be fine. Just need to work with the Physics teacher and counselor on the ‘D’ situation.

OP definitely needs to bring the grade up. Talk to the teacher on Monday about what you need to do to get a C. Until then, get off the computer and hit the books.
