UCSC Revoking Admission?

I haven’t heard much about UCSC’s revoking policy but I suppose it makes sense that they are very picky about it. Our acceptance rate is around 60%, and that seemed like a high number for a school with Professors that keep telling me that “we have become much more picky about who we let in in recent years.”

Maybe they make up the difference by revoking X amount of people (as you say, nearly 10%) before the quarter even begins?

If that’s the case then it would make more sense why all my Professors were saying that UCSC was nearly as hard to get into as UCSB nowadays.

How likely are they to rescind for a minor error? I made a couple of mistakes when reporting my classes. All grades were the same but little things, like I put py201: gen. Psych. instead of py202: gen. Psych.

None of the classes I made mistakes on are pre-req, are over 6 years old, and I don’t even most of them are uc transferable. Any opinions?
