How is everyone

we had some good times...

Represent Bahahahhaah Bhaihoahhhhaoooooo

o.o

.

i will be in 2010's graduating class hopefully :P

OMG that was not what the topic said before... -_-

? (10 char)

dude CR your up at 4 30 in the morning?! :O
Well anyways, I think someone got on safeway rule's account and posted crap, cuz the thread before was all weird, ah well w/e

oh that would make sense

yeah, i have two summer courses, keeping me pretty busy

go ahead and kill me, i'm taking 5 summer classes. oops. and yet i still have time to go online and get a decent amount of sleep (6-8 hours) and socialize...go me. at this rate i should have no prob being a member of the class of 2009, but being a bio major...i'm not so sure. damn waitlisting/prereqs...

wow ucsdhopeful
are you taking them at a community college?!

Wow, that's a toughie. I'm taking one writing class, and then a physics class with lab at SDCC. Even with work, life is pretty chill for me. 8) watching CSI atm

Same here, 2009 is no problem for me either, but I think I'll chill it out with 4 years. Means I only need to 3 classes from now on, and I might want to pick up a minor.

However, while credits are one thing, GPA is another. I'm not faring too well on that road. I'm hoping the 3 classes/quarter deal will help with my GPA.

yeah i had to petition to make them let me take 5 classes. apparently the limit was 3. :X 2 of them are online classes and are sort of self-paced so i've already finished one class. i finish another after next week (those 4-week classes are great!) and then the rest next month

ucsdhopeful,

What, may I ask, compelled you to take 5 classes during the summer? Even if two are online...

the desire to graduate early, the desire to not take GEs at ucsd...

Wait. How can it take 3 years to graduate if you are a science major? You would think that you can finish up quickly since there are 2 quarters in a spring semester.

If you have a ton of units, are dedicated, don't fail any classes, plan ahead, etc., you can graduate in 3 years as a science major. I know some who have.

That being said, I estimate 3-3.5 years for my degree. Maybe 4 if I study abroad or take up a minor or two.

All I can say for those who want to graduate ahead of time is pace yourselves. Sure, taking a lot of classes at one time may make it seem like you're "on track" or "ahead of everyone", but it all comes down to the fact if you can handle them or not. Personally, I would take less classes and be content with my time in college, rather than having to go through the breakdowns and stress that accompany an overloaded schedule.

What classes are you taking during the summer ?
