<p>I had been checking every couple of days by logging on, and this time it said I was admitted. Now I’m just waiting on UCLA and Berkeley.</p>

<p>whooo hoo i just got accepted to UCSD also… for structural engineering though and i am wondering how hard it would be to switch to a different engineering? does anyone know if it is easy to switch your major once you are accepted as a TRANSFER student</p>
<p>My housing message also changed! As did that parent website thing! This means there’s a good chance the new batch will be released somewhat soon?</p>
<p>My aventeur page has recently changed to sixth college (which was my first choice) though housing still says "Our records indicate that your admissions status will not allow you to proceed with this Housing Application process for the term indicated. "</p>
<p>No luck registering for transfer admit day either, so in good faith it looks like you guys may be riding the second wave and I will be left holding on for the third. Do hope that Saturday will at least tell us more.</p>
<p>How can you not love UCSD’s charming little inductive Easter eggs scattered throughout the applications page and this ongoing carpel tunnel inducing hunt with our mice?!?!?!?!To those few found, mine seem to taste better sprinkled with a few grains of salt for the time being. </p>

<p>in regards to the housing change, i looked at some threads from fall 09 admission decisions to ucsd and it seems that people who’s housing status changed got accepted. i don’t know if thats the case this year, hopefully it is.</p>
<p>I am throwing the idea of going out for pints on Saturday May 8th with whomever might be interested. With the push pull of this process it seems like quite an essential resolve, provided I get in. If not, well…then it is pints at the Burgundy room in LA!</p>
<p>I heard from a friend in my dept that the Lux is well worth a trip to visit and the Karl Strauss Oatmeal Stout is quite respectable.</p>

April 10th is the Freshman one.</p>
