<p>i’m in the exact same situation and my feeling is that getting into the classes that are required for human bio would even be difficult since it is impacted. in that case, i’d most likely have to stay at ucsd for another year, which i do not want to do. so far i’m deciding between ucsb and ucsd but i got into ucsb with a bio major, so i’m definitely leaning towards sb.</p>
<p>I am a little concern about my admissions now because I will not finish my IGETC this spring…It is very obvious in my UC app but when I checked my app again, I put a checked marked on finishing IGETC so I’m thinking I’m in trouble. lol</p>

<p>I was not really planning on transferring this fall but I got a full-ride fee waiver for 4 UC’s so I tried it anyways and I got lucky with UCSD without having O-chem. If they deny me because of IGETC I’ll be okay with it because I don’t really like going SoCal…I love my Bay Area weather. lol.</p>
<p>However…I was watching youtube videos earlier and I found the UnOlympics at UCSD pretty fun! I would love to go if it all went well but staying another year at CC is not as bad because I’ll be saving tons of money to finish my prereqs.</p>

<p>1) UCSD will be highly selective in which transfer students will be admitted into the Biology program and with that said, is my GPA in the safe zone?</p>
<p>2) I know i haven’t completed OCHEM but those should be last priority because they’re upper div courses. What worries me is that i have not touched physics… will that lower my chances?</p>
