<p>How would you guys rate UCSD in terms of BioMEMS research? Do they have good microfabrication/MEMS facilities? </p>
<p>Also, I was recently accepted to the Masters program in Bioeng at UCSD. However, they did not mention anything about funding. How likely is it to obtain funding, and is it possible to switch to the Ph.D. program after my first semester?</p>
