UCSD Chances (I can chance back)

I'm a junior in high school as of now. Could I get into UCSD for a biology major with these qualifications below:

GPA:My first semester of junior year I will probably have a weighted GPA of 4.4 or 4.2. Second semester will probably be a 4.2 In senior year, looking at my classes, I will probably have a 4.2 both semesters.

ACT: My projected ACT score will be 29 or 30 (I got a 30 on the practice ACT [and scored 34 and 32 on math and science respectively])

Community Service: I will be working at a hospital 4 hours every sunday starting in the very beginning of January. By the end of 2013, I will have around 150-170 hours from this. I also volunteer monthly at a Newport Bay Environmental Restoration center for 3 hours. Lastly, starting in June 2013, I will be working for 2 hours every week at a cat sanctuary (that will lead to around 50 hours by the end of 2013). I also occaisonally participate in creek/beach cleanups (only 2-3 a year).

Clubs: I am in three clubs at school this year (and in senior year, I plan to stay in these 3). I am in Best Buddies (working with kids with autism), Medical Career Club, and Debate Club.

Extra Info: 2 AP classes sophomore year, 3 AP classes junior year, 4 AP classes + 1 honors class senior year. I am taking an IB class this year, but not the IB test.

Based on all of this, could I get into UCSD? If not, what about UC Davis?

it seems to me like you are likely to get in
