UCSD Engineering vs UCI Engineering vs UCLA Physics?

Well I’m actually only accepted to UCSD and UCI for Mechanical Engineering and I was waitlisted at UCLA for Physics/Business Econ and there’s no guarantee of getting of it. I didn’t think I had a chance at UCLA engineering but given the chance I’m would be very tempted to go to UCLA because I love it’s location in LA. (I’m into photography/video & dance)

Could you guys help weigh out some pros and cons between the schools? such as rank, program, environment etc? I’ve never got the chance to visit any of these schools yet.

UCSD is very strong in mechanical engineering and there are a lot of job opportunities nearby for that major. The area surrounding UCSD is extremely beautiful and great for photography enthusiasts

What area do you currently live in?

All ungergraduate schools are ranked pretty high ( overall score )by USNWR

Since you are waitlisted at UCLA you would not really need to compare it to your other options.
