UCSD (ERC Honors) vs McGill

<p>Just want you opinions on which I should go for. My situation is a bit unique in that I'm a Canadian citizen living in NY so I would pay less (around 20k/year total) at McGill, but my mom is a resident of California and from what I gather I would be able to pay in-state tuition if I file as her dependent on 2010 taxes (I would have to pay full tuition for a year first). I'm an undecided major in both schools.</p>

<p>For McGill, I got in both Desautels Faculty of Management and Faculty of Arts & Sciences. In UCSD, I'm in ERC honors. My ultimate goal is either med school or business.</p>

<p>If you want to go to med school or business grad school in the US, I would go to UCSD.
They’re both good schools though.</p>

<p>Depends where you would be happiest, since, as Rypto said, both are honestly good choices for your academic plan. Being in an honors program is REALLY good, and I know ERC’s has you do some research (from what I remember a friend saying). However, here on the UCSD page, we can be a bit biased…hehe</p>
