So far everyone has that same statement under their housing tab. I wouldn’t depend on it as an early acceptance.

im fully aware that ucsd rolls their admissions out all the way until april but wouldn’t it make sense that we get to know our acceptances before the housing availability (which is by the end of march)?
That’s what I’m thinking. Otherwise, the people unfortunate enough to have to wait until April to get their decisions would be at a disadvantage for housing… I mean, I know it says that they go until late April, but would they really do that? I suppose other UC’s do, so why not join the bandwagon, but still…
still no reply on my end. do you think anyone received his/her admission/rejection letters today?
still nothing. i’m not expecting anything until monday, since the uc administration (at least here at ucsb) tends to be closed on weekends.

I’m a CCC student majoring in CS. I guess I won’t be a Triton.
@Tsion33 Does it say you’re accepted right when you log on? Or do you have to search for your application status?
@turbocharge mine says the same thing, I live in Mira Mesa not far from the college though so it isn’t a big deal for me. My application also still says I’m under review, but I have guaranteed admission from U-Link.
@AAMP31B Oh I see. So it’s not necessarily saying I’m denied, but that I’m not qualified for on-campus housing at this time.
Maybe only because our apps are in review. The housing app could still open up once admitted.

@ermior5 They sent an email first saying that the decision has been posted. When I logged on it just asked me for the quarter I applied and then the acceptance letter shows up.
