UCSD Honors v. UC Berkeley v. Wesleyan

I'm from the Bay Area, and those are my top choices right now. I think--not quite sure yet--that my major will be something to do with international relations. I got into the Eleanor Roosevelt College Freshman Honors Program, which is basically amazing for international relations, but I dislike UCSD itself and I hate San Diego (lived there for three years). I also got into Cal, which is where I'm leaning towards right now--proximity, cheapness, great academics, beautiful campus. However, I also got into Wesleyan. I have several friends going there and I've been romanticizing it for the past year or so. I'd fit there great socially, they have amazing academics, and they offered me good aid for the first year (gonna be less aid in the following years.)

Which one do I choose?

Thank you!

A lot of Californians choose Wesleyan just to get away from home for a while. And, not for nothing, a nice FA award is an ego boost when sitting around some night, shooting the breeze, comparing “packages” (jk.) It’s also good that you have Cal in your hip pocket for grad school; not everybody has that advantage.
