UCSD is lagging

<p>I just saw this when logging in:</p>

<p>"...Transfer admission decisions will be made between mid-March and early May 2006. Please check this site at that time for the status of your application."</p>

<p>I had been counting down the days to April 30, and now they postpone to early May?!!</p>

<p>Even UCLA and UCB have released admissions for engineering majors already. They're lucky they're somewhat my first choice or I'll submit my SIR already.</p>

<p>Why is UCSD your #1 choice?!? EE_stu, make the right choice and send in your SIR for UCLA or UCB already! You're SOOO much better than UCSD.</p>

<p>That's what my friend tells me. I need to raise my self esteem, lol.</p>

<p>Edit: Oh, I figured I may have a chance at higher gpa since average transfer gpa at UCSD is 3.4. I guess it all comes down to gpa vs. prestige.</p>
