Help! I am hopelessly deadlocked! Give me two good reasons why i shouldn’t attend either of them. I’d be an environmental systems major at UCSD, and an environmental studies and economics double major at SCU (environmental studies isn’t a standalone major at SCU).

santa clara university has a really good enviromental studies program..
and i know that scu has a excellent economics program also....
and my cousin went there and he loves it and got alot of interships after graduation, they have a very good alumni....

santa clara has a gorgeous campus and a reputable econ. program. but...it is much more expensive than UCSD (if you're a CA resident).

i don't think that santa clara has a very strong enviro program. It is fairly new and isn't as strong as UCSD. If you think you want to do environmental studies I would say that you should go to Davis (if you applied). I am in a similar situation- if i went to santa clara id do a business major w/ a enviro studies minor. But, I think it would be smarter to do an undergrad enviro/sci program and if you want the econ-business aspect just go to grad school
