<p>I wanted to go to UCLA because my childhood best friend is there and my crush works five minutes away from UCLA. I feel like if my chances at this girl would be killed if I go to UCSD. She’s 23 and she has never been in a relationship, so I get the feeling that someone is going to step in my way if I leave. She’s amazing, so I bet someone is after her. I’m actually equally enthusiastic about actuarial and computer science, but I don’t know if UCLA will let me switch to it, I already emailed them.</p>

<p>@almostpeace If you submitted your winter grades before the transfer application update deadline, then they most definitely will be included. I believe they go by whatever your GPA was for that update and the only way they will take into consideration grades received after the update is if you appeal.</p>

<p>Does anyone know if the IGETC certification deadline is the same as the transcript deadline? I have gone twice to my college to get certified and both times the people in charge of certification haven’t been there and they won’t just allow me fill out the form and leave it for them. I am going to try again tomorrow, but if they are not available again I was thinking I would just send my transcripts without the certification so they will at least arrive by the deadline.</p>
