<p>@AP0514 On the UCSD MyApplication site I still have the waitlist message as well. I received the news through email.</p>
<p>Is the email the actual decision? On the my application site it still says they are considering me for admission. This makes no sense!</p>
<p>I called them today and they said that they’re still reviewing applications, but they are more likely to not accept anyone off the waitlist now.</p>
<p>I got accepted off waitlist on may 30 but didn’t SIR to UCSD, cuz I decided to go UCSB (physics major). I hope someone gets the spot.</p>
<p>I don’t get it. They’re still reviewing apps but they already reached their capacity? How stupid is that…? It’s like, make up your effing mind.</p>
<p>not sure why someone said they could be taking a few more applications. I just called the admissions office and the woman firmly said 3 times that they will no longer be accepting applications. we cant appeal, we cant apply in spring. really sucks to hear but thought i’d put it on here so were not sitting around with any false hope about ucsd.</p>

<p>It seems as if a LOT of ppl got waitlisted to UCSD but accepted to UCLA. I have a feeling they’re going to be lacking students this year. So probably most of waitlist will get it i’m assuming</p>
