Weighted GPA is UC/CSU capped weighted? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
SLO uses 9-11th grades so recalculate your capped weighted with Freshman grades.
You are in the ball park for all the schools. UCLA/UCB and SLO will be tough with your SAT/ACT scores. Cal Poly Pomona looks like your safety school.
UCI/UCSB are Match-High Match
UCSD is a Low Reach
SLO/UCB/UCLA are Reaches.

Too late now but I would have added UCSC, UCR, CSULB and SDSU to the list for a few more solid Match and Safety schools.
Best of luck.

That’s the gpa on my transcript

Yea but UCs calculate gpa differently. For example, My transcript says that my GPA is 4.27 for UCs but UCs would calculate it as 4.04. Use this to calculate ur UC gpa https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/. Remember to only include the a-g classes, and u can check whether ur class is a part of the a-g list by checking online. And only include the weight if it’s listed as weighted in the a-g list. GL

assuming that’s your UC GPA (which is capped), you are competitive for all the schools you list.
good luck.
