UCSD vs Cal Poly slo for computer and mechanical engineering

Which would be better for computer or mechanical engineering?

Cal Poly slo is abet accredited for both but ucsd only for mechanical. I got accepted to both for computer engineering but i'm considering mechanical engineering. I think cal poly slo would be hard to change my major so i have to be sure about computer engineering. I'm worried that it'll be too hard to maintain a good gpa because i want to go get my masters and/or possibley an MBA.

Since i'm still kind of undecided i think ucsd would be easier to change my major if i want to go into mechanical engineer. If i want to become a computer engineering will it look bad because they aren't abet accredited? I think that ucsd would be better for reasearch.

How do the research opportunities compare?
Are there a lot of internships for both?
How is the difficulty for both schools compare? Will both schools be equally hard?
