Yes, the age old question. I was set on UF until I received my ACT score report and got a 29 - the requirement for Honors at FSU.
I would like to major in Biochemistry [or related science major] but my interests lie also in the humanities, politics etc.
Regionally, UF has a lot more prestige than FSU, but I don't know so much in terms of nationally..
Any help? Suggestions? I've looked at the past threads and I've seen that FSU's campus is a lot prettier/smaller, but is that worth sacrificing for what I might get out of UF's robust science programs?
I'm going to visit both very soon. [:

Also, I will have many of my pre-reqs covered [about 27 credits-worth] so idk how much that factors into it.

Personally, I’d go with UF. The sports, alumni base, and prestige are worth it.

For your major and interests, UF ultimately makes more sense.

You can always apply to UF Honors Program through lateral admission towards the end of your first freshman semester. If you manage a 3.5 GPA, etc…
