I heard that this year was the year with the largest amount of applicants. @globalchemist
Could you tell me a little about dual enrollment? How difficult were the classes? @Harryp17
The classes were not that difficult. As long as you put in the work, it was fairly easy to get an A. For Dual Enrollment, you get 2 classes that are worth 3 college credits each. One of them is your basic lab research which counts as a class. The other is an honor class that you choose among a list of ten other classes and is based on your interest.
When did you choose the class you wish to enroll in?
after the first week of SSTP
Thanks for answering my question! Do you have any specific tips for making the program a great experience? @Harryp17
Second round of 2017 UF SSTP applications review and acceptances were released today.
Congrats to all invited to participate in the program.
@IfnousWHO
Thanks! I got my acceptance yesterday afternoon. I am very excited to attend.
@IfnousWHO how many rounds of accpetance are there normally?
I think the continue with rounds until all available seats are filled (rolling admissions).
From SSTP website:
“UF SSTP Applications must be received IN FULL no later than Monday, April 3rd to be considered in the final round of review. Please do not submit application materials after this date. 2017 applications are now closed to out of state students.”
