UF transfer admissions

<p>I applied to UF (College for liberal arts and sciences specifically) under the English major on July 20th. My transcripts were received on August 4th. Yesterday, August 28th my application status was switched to "your application has been referred to your college for a final decision". How long does it usually take to get an answer after that has been sent and does that mean you're going to get in? I'm a junior level transfer, 64 credits and a 3.3 GPA. I've never gotten an F. What do my chances look like?</p>
