UF, UT, Tulane, UM, Emory, USC

Unsuperscored SAT of 1940, breakdown is CR: 690, Math: 660, Writing: 590… will definitely take again to hopefully bump my writing a lot and possibly improve math. Unweighted: 3.8, weighted: 4.5… All honors all through highschool, 3 APs junior year, 3 or 4 next year. Im the 15% in my class of about 330. On 1 leadership board, and do a standard/highish amount of extracurriculars (sport, clubs)
I was wondering if i have any shot at getting into University of Florida, Miami, Tulane, Michigan, Emory, University of Texas in Austin, USC, or UGA. I understand these are all incredibly difficult schools and if I dont have a good chance I understand, just curious about what type of schools I should apply and where not to have high hopes for. Thanks!

If your score is significantly below the 25th percentile, you know the chance is very very low. It seems to be the case for a few schools on your list such as Michigan and USC. UT Austin would be a reach too if from OOS.
